Life in AMS

After TP Week 0 orientation that was held during the first week of school, we had our first AMS camp. I remember the activities planned by the seniors in AMS were very fun and exciting. What truly etched in my heart was the night walk that was carried out. Everyone was terrified, especially after the supernatural story told by the seniors. We clinged onto our group members ( from different classes) and braved though all the challenges together. On the last day of the camp, there was a talent show performed by different people in AMS. It was hilarious! The fun we had, the memories we created, the bonds that were formed were unforgettable.

Studying in AMS is really different from secondary school. Everyone in the class helps each other out and work hard together to achieve the best result possible. As poly uses cumulative grade point average, every single assignment and quiz is counted towards our final results. Hence, it's very important for us to do well for everything! It was hard work but all worth it. ^^

In year 2, we helped out in several camps as a GL (group leader). We got to know our freshies (Year 1) and guide them into adapting to poly life. Studying is tough still, but all of us continue to strive hard.

The happy memories that we have, cannot be written or described in this post.So lastly, what i want to say is, JOIN AMS TO FIND OUT MORE AND CREATE YOUR OWN MEMORIES! SEE YOU IN AMS! ^^

Experience in AMS

Life in AMS is truly fulfilled with lots of events and activities planned out during the whole 3 years. I can say that AMS is one of the most bonded course in Temasek Poly, we won the best supported diploma for the Campus Relay ever since the course started.

Here’s a picture!

These are the runners for the campus relay! We have top runners from our course as well!

Apart from the campus relay, the year 2s (2010 batch) went to Singapore youth flying club on late april/May 2011 for an event for the visually impaired. Here’s a picture of us with the people there.

Next event that our whole batch went for is the KL trip. Imagine the whole plane filled with all your course mates! What an experience!

Stay tuned on our blog for more updates!!! ^^
