ARE YOU EXCITED!? NERVOUS?!

WHY AMS? (PART 2)

Aviation Management & Services is the FIRST of its kind in ASIA!

AMS curriculum is designed to meet industry competency standards &
university.

AMS modules are basically grouped into 4 catergories:
Aviation Operations & Services,
Business/management/marketing,
Aeronautical & facility sciences
Life skills

ADVANTAGE of AMS:

Singapore Youth Flying Club.
In AMS, we have the Singapore Youth Flying Club (SYFC) programme
whereby up to 15 of AMS students will learn to FLY
& get their PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE (PPL)
FOR FREE!

Various OVERSEAS study trips.
AMS students get to go on study trips TWICE a year during term breaks & vacations
For the 2 weeks term break, AMS students will get to go to asian countries
such as HongKong, Thailand (Bangkok), Malaysia (KL).

& for the vacation period, AMS students will get to travel to other parts of the world
such as US, Canada (Montreal), Europe!

Various local study trips.
In 2007, students of AMS went to Changi Airport Terminal 3
when it was not open to the public yet
for UP TO 8 TIMES!
With one of the trip giving us a chance to BOARD the A380
before the public have a chance to.
Our purpose at Terminal 3 was to help them
with operational readiness trials.

Besides that,
we even had LECTURES/LESSONS being held in Terminal 3!

Other than that,
we also had study trips to Terminal 2.
We had a chance to go into the transit area as a visitor.

Signing off,
